本発明は針布用基布の構成に関するものであり、基布の
抗張力を向上させ、伸び率を減少させると共に、植針さ
れた針の保持と弾力性を向上させることによシ針布の寿
命を大巾に延長させることを目的とするものである◇
従来、使用されている針布用基布は第1図に示す如く綿
布1′、麻布2等の織布を単独或いは適宜組み合わせて
複数枚使用し、通常は天然ゴム#l111を接着剤とし
て塗布し、順次貼合わせて基層6とし、表層4としては
0,5〜&OwII厚さのゴムシート、スポンジゴムシ
ート、樹脂シート或いは厚さ3.0〜4.5門のフェル
ト等をそれぞれ使用目的に応じて接着剤5で貼合わせて
形成されている。この基布に鋼製の針を緻密に植え込ん
で針頭金揃え、研磨して針布とする。近年紡績業界はカ
ードの高能率生産を目指し、カードの連続長時間運転、

と弾力性を向上せしめることによってなされたもので必
