Conventionally, a particularly effective method for synchronizing the printed pattern and the embossed pattern on a decorative sheet is to apply a top coat paint after printing, dry it, and then print the conduit part with ink containing a large amount of extender pigment, to create a visual effect. There is a matte gloss method to create an uneven feel, and a method in which a top coat paint repellent such as a silicone resin is added to the conduit ink and only that part is repelled and indented during top coating to create an uneven effect. The former is visually uneven and is inferior in terms of design because the conduit section that should be concave is convex. Furthermore, there is also a problem in that the matte feel of the ink is limited because there is a technical limit to the amount of extender pigment added. In the latter case, the conduit part is theoretically concave, but the thickness of the Topco-1 paint must be a considerable amount (approximately 15 to 20 μm thick or more) to make it feel uneven to the touch.

However, as the top coat becomes thicker, the repellency spreads out more to the periphery of the conduit ink area, and the sharpness is lost. Visually, if the top coat becomes matte, the unevenness will diminish.

Therefore, the present invention was completed as a result of inspection to reveal a wood grain pattern with excellent unevenness both visually and tactilely. As a conduit ink, it only has the effect of repelling the top coat and making it concave. Instead, after repulsion, the conduit part is foamed to roughen the conduit part, giving it a strong matte feel. That is.

That is, a thermoplastic resin such as urethane, acrylic, ethylene vinyl oxide, or vinyl chloride is used as a vehicle, and a blowing agent is added to the vehicle. Foaming agents include nitrolyte, sulfonyl hydrazide, azo and mixed types, but are optional. The amount added varies depending on the resin blowing agent, but is approximately on the order of several percent. Furthermore, add 2 to 5% top coat paint repellent (silicone resin and fluororesin are particularly good).
(It is also possible to increase the amount further if necessary) to obtain an ink for printing conduit portions with even color. After printing (3) the conduit part with this ink, a top coat paint is applied to form a top coat (4), and the paint is repelled only on the conduit part to form four parts. The top coat resin is
Use curable materials such as urethane, acrylic urethane, acrylic, and amino alkyd. Thereafter, the print (3) is foamed at the same time as the top coating material is cured using heat higher than the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent in the ink of the print (3) in the conduit portion, thereby forming a foamed print (3)'. (See Figure 2). This print (
The foaming ratio in 3) does not need to be high, and it is sufficient to roughen the conduit portion.

Next, 8 gdry/m' of aminoalkyd resin was applied to the wood grain pattern paper using a gravure printing method, and then the paper was heated at 150°.
The ink was heated at C to foam the ink in the conduit portion at the same time as curing. Thus obtained 1 piece of unevenness 4 pieces 4. The decorative paper had an excellent design with bold unevenness.
