PURPOSE:To relax a discomfort as otherwise experienced in cooling or heating a spot of room temperature, by constituting the titled device such that a simplified air intake device is provided at the outlet of cold/hot air for stirring a room air into a vortex by utilizing the flow velocity of outlet cold/hot air.
