Otherwise, it has the disadvantage that it easily peels off from the surface of the utensil due to expansion. Also, when adhesive is used to adhere to the surface of the utensil, it achieves strong adhesion, so if the adhesive is used in the stripes, the adhesive will protrude around the pattern piece and spoil the appearance. In order to improve this problem, we use a method of reducing the amount of adhesive and applying paint mixed with a filler around the pattern piece, but because the adhesion between the filler paint and the metal pattern piece is weak, the pattern piece and the filler There was a problem that the paint would separate.

A fiber sheet-like core material is embedded inside, and a pattern piece such as a shellfish is embedded in the surface of the paint piece with the surface of the pattern exposed, and the back side of the pattern piece is removed from the periphery of the pattern piece. It's where it's glued to the paint chip with just enough adhesive to keep it from sticking out.

In Figures S and O, the patterned paint board (lυ is the surface of the appropriately wide paint board body (support) made by curing chemical paint such as natural lacquer, cashew, or urethane used for painting vessels, trays, etc. Then, a large number of plate-shaped patterns such as bellflower-shaped, plum blossom-shaped, tulip-shaped, etc., made of the various materials mentioned above are placed on one side at appropriate intervals, and a small amount that does not protrude from the periphery of the pattern pieces is placed. The main body (2) is embedded within the paint board main body so that the pattern surface is exposed and is almost flush with the surface of the paint board main body. 2) A sheet-like core material (c) made of fibers such as cloth is embedded over the sheet metal body.

In addition, when used on the surface of a painted wooden base, even if the wooden base contracts or expands slightly, the paint chip itself will adapt to this and maintain a strong bond without peeling off from the painted surface. On the other hand, the patterned paint piece of the present invention is reinforced with a fiber sheet-like core material to give it toughness, and furthermore, the patterned piece of shellfish etc. is attached to the body of the paint piece. By being embedded in the body of the paint piece, it is firmly connected to the body of the paint piece, thereby making it possible to obtain a highly durable decoration.

Moreover, since it is provided with toughness by the fiber sheet-like core material, even if it is designed to be a patterned paint board with a considerably wide area, it will not easily break, making it convenient for transportation, handling, etc.
