り回転駆動させるべく、タービン翼車を囲繞してタービ
ン車室を区画形成するスクロール部を有するターボ過給
機において、上記スクロール部内にその周方向に沿って
設けられ、上記タービン翼車の周縁部に臨んで排ガス噴
出口を有する排ガス通路室を形成すると共に、半径方向
へ移動可能な仕切板と、上記内燃機関の機関回転数に対
応して変化する排ガス温度を感知して、設定温度を超え
るときに上記仕切板を上記タービン翼車の周縁部より離
間させると共に、上記排ガス温度が設定温度以下のとき
に上記仕切板を上記周縁部に近接させるべく記憶された
形状記憶合金製の仕切板作動手段とを備えたことを特徴
とするターボ過給機。 2 上記仕切板作動手段が上記設定温度を超えるときに
収縮され、上記設定温度以下のときに伸張されて上記仕
切板を作動させるべく記憶された形状記憶合金製のスプ
リングによって形成された上記実用新案登録請求の範囲

れる排ガスの温度に応答して作動するように構成された
