１との間に適宜の充填空間を形成できる如く格納された
小形な内チューブ２と、この内チューブ２の口頚部９及
び前記外チューブ１の口頚部５にそれぞれ内嵌される同
心状の内筒１０と外筒８を有し、これら両筒を、透孔１

ら前記内チューブ２の口頚部９頂面に当接して両チュー
ブの口頚部近辺の間隔を所定に保持する足１３を垂設し
