本発明は極めて簡単々手段で不釣り合いの調整を行うよ

がある。このため、回転陽極のグラファイトターゲット
8面に堰シつけた不釣り合い補正板を用いて訳整を行う

金のうちの一つを選択し、゛手釣υ合いの向きに合わせ
て、その取りつけ位置を調整する。不釣シ合いRIt整
が終わった時点で、ナツト上部をかしめて、緩まないよ
うにする。この非対称ばね座金の取りつけ位置は第1図
