に転がり接触する特許請求の範囲第1項、第2項または
第3項のいづれかに記載のベーンポンプ。 (7)ベーンの両f11面に動圧発生用のスパイラル溝
を形成した特許請求の範囲第6項記載のベーンポンプ。
