Abstract

PURPOSE:A portable perfume film being soluble with water, sweat, humors, etc. to start release of perfume, having a long duration time of aroma, obtained by dispersing or blending a water-soluble high polymer film with a perfume-containing material. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble high polymer film, for example, PVA, dextrin, etc., especially a PVA film having 300-1,200 polymerization degree and 87-93 saponification value, is dispersed or blended with a perfume-containing material. A material obtained by blending a water-soluble high polymer material having lower solubility than a base film, making the blend into partcles, making them hard, water-soluble microcapsule containing perfume fragrance, permeable microcapsule, etc. may be used as the perfume-containing material, and control of duration time of aroma and change in fragrance with time are made possible by using any of them alone or a combination of them. A contraceptive film with aroma can be obtained by dispersing a spermium-destroying contraceptive into the perfume film.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a multi-purpose dissolvable perfume film, and is particularly suitable for use in mobile phones with a long duration of fragrance release, which is characterized by being dissolved by water, sweat, body fluids, etc. and starting to release fragrance. The purpose is to provide a convenient cosmetic film.

Traditionally, fragrances have been used either in fragrance atomizers to enjoy the scent or to counteract body odor, or as perfume paper (insoluble paper impregnated with perfume), or as water-soluble gels. It has been used as a sustained-release gel fragrance in which fragrance and surfactant are dispersed. But fragrance! Atomizers have the drawbacks of being a heavy container and having a short duration of scent release after being sprayed.Perfume paper is convenient for carrying, but the scent does not last long after the packaging is punctured. The drawbacks are that the time is short and that a residue remains after the fragrance is released.

In addition, although there has been significant improvement in the duration of fragrance release of sustained-release gel fragrances, the volatile components evaporate first, so the duration is longer. Not only is it difficult to create natural scents and deep scents due to restrictions on formulations, but the packaging is heavy, making it unsuitable for carrying around, and like perfume paper, there are a lot of residues. be.

The present invention solves such conventional drawbacks and problems by providing a soluble film in which a perfume-containing material is dispersed or mixed in a water-soluble polymer film.
If you simply try to disperse cosmetics and fragrances using conventional methods for manufacturing water-soluble polymer films, the aromatic components (particularly volatile aromatic components) will evaporate along with the water during the drying and curing process, resulting in a product with no commercial value. It has been difficult to make dissolvable cosmetic films.

In the present invention, this difficulty is solved by improving the drying and curing process, using soluble granules containing dispersed perfume materials, or using water-soluble or permeable microcapsules containing perfume materials. In addition, by balancing the dissolution rate of the perfume-containing material, we provide a new perfume carrier that keeps the fragrance components constant over time. It also opens up a new genre of fragrances that allow you to enjoy the designed changes over time.

In the simplest case of the present invention, that is, a soluble cosmetic film containing a highly retentive fragrance with few volatile components, water-soluble polymers such as polyvinyl alcohol, which are safe for the human body and odorless, In order to maintain the flexibility of the film, a plasticizer such as glycerin and water are added to the material and thoroughly stirred to form a slightly fluid viscous solution. Next, a fragrance prepared by mixing a fragrance consisting of a plant fragrance, an animal fragrance, and a synthetic fragrance is mixed with an emulsifier if necessary, and then mixed into the solution and stirred. The film-forming stock solution thus produced is cast onto a drying drum or belt heated to a lower temperature (60° C. to 90° C.) than usual to form a film.

The film is spray treated with an aqueous solution of boric acid or borax, depending on its condition, and heat treated at a temperature of 120°C to 180°C for a relatively short period of time. The dissolvable cosmetic film thus produced has strong initial wettability (and excellent fragrance retention).

Next, we will explain the soluble cosmetic film in which perfume materials containing a relatively large amount of volatile components are dispersed. The film is cast onto a film forming plate or a film forming belt, and as shown in Figure 1, it is dehumidified and dried at a low temperature in a closed chamber at a temperature below the decomposition temperature of the volatile components to remove only moisture and form the film. Let it harden.

A film-forming plate or a film-forming belt 2 on which a film-forming stock solution 3 is cast is installed inside the closed chicken bar 1, and moisture and volatility evaporated from the film-forming stock solution 3 are removed by a drying air flow from a 77-ton 6 for forced circulation. The flavor component is sent to the freezing device 4. The freezing device 4 freezes only water, and volatile flavor components circulate as gas. The airflow further passes through an indirect heating device 5 maintained at a temperature below the decomposition temperature of the volatile components, and sends a drying airflow into the chamber.

Since the dried and cured film has the property of not transmitting aroma components, if necessary, an aqueous solution of boric acid or borax is sprayed on the film and, after drying, the film surface is heat-treated at 40°C to 180°C.

In order to increase the fragrance release duration after dissolution of the soluble cosmetic film, the soluble cosmetic film is made from a water-soluble polymer material with relatively low solubility such as polyvinyl alcohol with a high degree of saponification (93-96). The above-mentioned method uses polyvinyl alcohol with a relatively low degree of saponification (85 to 88) as a water-soluble polymer material. Mix it into the film-forming stock solution to create a soluble cosmetic film. When such a soluble cosmetic film is exposed to water, sweat, body fluids, etc., the film with high solubility dissolves first and begins to emit fragrance, and the less soluble cosmetic and fragrance-containing materials are liberated. The cosmetic fragrance-containing material begins to dissolve, and the fragrance state can be maintained further.
