Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 給排気ノズルを有するヒータノズルを炉体に気−密に設
    け、該ヒータノズルの内側にセラミック製のラジアント
    チューブを挿入し、該アラジアントチューブの中に挿入
    した非金属製のヒータを、外気に対し真空シールされた
    ヒータ端子に接続し、且つ少なくとも上記ラジアントチ
    ューブの先端部に通気性の断熱材を充填させたことを特
    徴とする高温熱処理炉用電熱装置。
