のベースと第２の制御用トランジスタのベースとの間に
接続された第２のベース抵抗と、第２の制御用トランジ
スタのベースとアースとの間に接続された定電圧ダイオ
ードとを備え、入力電圧が所定値より大きいとき第１お
よび第２の制御用トランジスタを動作させ、また、入力
電圧が所定値より小さいときスイッチング素子を導通さ
せて第１の制御用トランジスタを導通させることにより
第２の制御用トランジスタだけを動作させるようにした
