Coated products are known, but they have the drawbacks of poor texture and lack of water resistance.

A solids concentration of 40% containing 50-97% by weight nitrile-butadiene rubber latex, 0-50% by weight solids natural rubber latex and 3-50% by weight filler.
A mixture of ~85% by weight (8 to 7oyiA<solid content) is applied, a rubber adhesive layer is provided on the coated surface, and a back treatment agent layer is provided on the back surface of the base fabric.

It has the characteristic of being able to obtain the desired characteristics.

(Solid content): It is necessary to blend in the range of 3 to 50 (wt%), and if the nitrile-butadiene rubber latex is out of the range of 50 to 98 wt% (solid content), it will not have good air flow. If the amount of natural rubber latex exceeds 50% by weight (solid content), the weather resistance of the undercoat layer will decrease, which is not preferred. Also, if the filler content is less than 3% by weight, the viscosity of the mixture will be too low and a sufficient thickness will not be obtained.
First, if it exceeds 50% by weight, the feel of the base fabric deteriorates, which is undesirable.

It is adjusted to be in the range of 0% by weight. If it is less than 40% by weight, the impregnation into the base fabric will increase, which is undesirable as it will lower the IIk (base), and if it is more than 85% by weight, it will be difficult to uniformly coat the base fabric and a uniform undercoat layer will not be obtained. This is not desirable because there is no such thing.

Or a base fabric made by weaving cotton threads (for example, 68 to 75 threads/inch of 30 to 35 thread count as warp threads and 65 to 72 threads of thread of thread count 33 to 38 thread/inch as weft threads). It is coated and dried to a solid content of 8 to 70 p/rJ, preferably 10 to 609 p/rl, on the surface of the undercoat to form an undercoat sealant layer. Coating amount is 87
If it is less than /4, the water resistance of the surgical band will be insufficient, and if it is more than 70 parts, the texture of the base fabric will deteriorate, making it feel uncomfortable, which is not preferable.

A sticky substance is formed with a thickness of about 25 to 120 μm and is made of a rubber such as synthetic isoprene comb as a main ingredient, and a filler, a tackifying resin, an anti-aging agent, a stabilizer, etc.
Furthermore, a back surface treatment agent layer 75E made of a long-chain alkyl acrylate copolymer, a fluororesin, a silicone resin, etc. is formed on the back surface of the base fabric to form the fabric surgical band of the present invention.

I couldn't see it at all. In addition, there was no practical problem with the texture.
