ターボチャージャのタービンスクロールにおいて、前記
排気ガスが前記タービンの周囲を少なく共−旋回以上す
るように前記流路と前記仕切壁とを構成し、前記−旋回
以上とした部分の前記流路間を規定する共通の前記仕切
壁に少なく共一つ以上のスリットを設けて、該スリット
により前記排気ガスを上流側の前記流路から下流側の前
記流路に分流させるようになし、前記スリットの大きさ
を変化させることにより前記分流の流量を変化させて、
該分流の作用により前記タービンに流入する前記排気ガ
スの流入角度を変化させるようにしたことを特徴とする
