For preservation, it had to be frozen. However, using such bags is expensive, so bags made of plastic film coated with aluminum have also been used, but they are also expensive, do not have a large capacity, and are easy to clean inside the bag. There were also problems such as the inability to sterilize the product, which had to be considered.

。The present invention was made to solve these problems.
The feature is that it provides a tubular sterile packaging bag made of two or more layers of tubular plastic film, with the outer layer being a gas barrier resin and the inner layer being a heat-sealing resin. The object of the present invention is to provide a tubular sterile packaging bag which is sealed in advance and kept in a hermetically sealed state. Examples of gas barrier SL resins in the present invention include saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, nylon polymers, and polyvinylidene chloride resins, and examples of heat-sealable resins include polyethylene, polypropylene, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers. Examples include polyolefin resins such as copolymers and other appropriate resins. Further, in the present invention, as long as there are two or more layers, three layers or multiple layers may be used, and the structure may be multilayered as appropriate with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween.

It is possible to sterilize the bag, for example, by sealing it and sealing it to prevent contamination by germs, creating a sterile bag. In addition, it is also possible to perform extrusion film formation and sterilization using an extrusion lamination device, and sterilization is not particularly limited.

It is only necessary to apply seals appropriately in the transverse direction, and in order to achieve a sealed state, it is possible to seal these long tubular films in a continuous manner in the transverse direction at regular intervals (11). Naturally, continuous bags as shown in FIG. 4 are also within the scope of the present invention, and these continuous bags may be opened and unsealed, for example, when filling the contents.

This is a cross-sectional view of a three-layer film (3) comprising a heat-sealable resin layer (2) made of polyethylene as an inner layer via an adhesive resin layer (12) made of polyolefin modified with a saponified vinyl acetate copolymer. This is a tubular film produced by extrusion using a multilayer coextrusion inflation device.

Heat sealed as shown. At this time, it is effective to perform nitrogen gas purge packaging by replacing the air above the bag with nitrogen gas during filling. In addition, since the inner surface of the blown film of this example is exposed to high temperatures during film formation and can be said to be in a sterile state, the mouth (8) and bottom (9) of the bag (15) are
) before filling the contents into a sealed state, the sterile condition inside the bag will be maintained. Packaging is extremely easy and convenient. Furthermore, in order to achieve stronger sterilization, nitrogen gas purging packaging may be used as described above, and in order to open the opening (8) during filling, the previously heat-sealed portion may be cut. . In order to strengthen the sterilization, for example, heat sealing may be performed immediately after extrusion film formation to create a sealed bag as shown in FIG. 4, but there are no particular restrictions on this. Further, it goes without saying that a suitable seal may be used in place of the heat seal. The above example is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it is of course possible to adopt other suitable embodiments of the present invention.

There is no risk of discoloration or spoilage of the contents, and the effect is exceptional, and it is even more effective when applied to juices. Furthermore, since the present invention is mainly produced by the inflation method, it is extremely easy to produce a large bag with a folding width of 100 cm, and it is extremely convenient in this respect as well.
