Claims (1)
定長さ平行に並設し、かつ上記２本の光導波路にそれぞ
れ対応しであるいは何れか一方の光導波路に対応して当
該先導波路を加熱または冷却し、その先導波路の屈折率
を変化させる熱交換体を配設し、一方の光導波路の伝搬
光を光波結合によって他方の先導波路に移行させるか否
かを上記熱交換体による加熱量または冷却量によって制
