Claims (1)
- カップ状集束電極を、Ｘ線管の真空外囲器に固定した筒
状支持体で支持し、該支持体の内側にゲッターを設け、
且つ上記集束電極内に陰極フィラメントを配設してなる
Ｘ線管の陰極構造において、上記集束電極は、集束機能
部材と該集束機能部材に隙間をあけて固着され且つ上記
支持体に支持される陰極フィラメント固定部材とからな
り、該陰極フィラメント固定部材には上記隙間に通じる
軸方向のガス抜き孔が穿たれていることを特徴とするＸ
線管の陰極構造。
