考案に係るシール装置を示す油圧緩衝器上部の縦断側面
図、第２図は同シール装置を構成するオイルシールの半
裁断面図である。 −尚図面中１は油圧緩衝器、２は内筒、３は外筒、４は
ピストンロッド、５はオイルシールケース、６はロッド
ガイド、１０はメインリップ、１２゜１３は油路、Ａ、
　Ｂはオイルシール、Ｃ１，Ｃ２は隙間、Ｓは油室、Ｓ
□はリザーバ室、Ｓ２は油室である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内、外筒で二重円筒構造を成し、これら内、外筒間にリ
    ザーバ室を形成し、内筒内にピストンを介してピストン
    ロッドを摺動自在に嵌合するとともに、内部に油とガス
    を封入して成る油圧緩衝器のシール装置であって、前記
    外筒上部内周にシールケース及びロントガイドを嵌装し
    、これらシールケースとロントガイド間に前記ピストン
    ロッド外周に摺接するリップ部を有して成るオイルシー
    ルを上下に２個保持せしめ、両シール間に油室を形成す
    るとともに、下方のオイルシール下面に隙間を形成し、
    前記油室を両シール間に形成される油路、下方のオイル
    シール外周面に形成される油路及び前記ロントガイドに
    穿設された油路を介して前記リザーバ室に連通せしめた
    ことを特徴とする油圧緩衝器のシール装置。
