Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the heat exchange rate of a condenser, by naturally dropping drained water on the condenser. CONSTITUTION:A sealing material 12, which seals the wind circuit of a condenser, on the condenser 9. The sealing material 12 is formed in a gutter shape by a material, which does not pass air but passes water, e.g., a fiber material. Drained water is supplied to the condenser 9 by a capillary phenomenon of the gutter. Since the drained water is made to drop naturally on the condenser in this way, the heat exchange rate of the condenser 9 can be improved.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] Industrial Application Field The present invention improves the air conditioning capacity of an air conditioner using a refrigeration cycle by supplying drain water from the evaporator to the surface of the condenser without power. The present invention relates to a condensation water treatment device for an air conditioner.

Conventional Structure and Problems The condenser of an air conditioner is normally cooled by a fan. Therefore, the ability to operate under conditions of high outside temperature was required, and large capacity was required, and the dimensions became large to match the large capacity. Also, when the fan speed was increased to improve cooling capacity, noise problems arose. In addition, a slinger ring is installed on the fan, and the action of this slinger ring causes some of the drain water to be poured into the condenser and used to cool the condenser, but sometimes the supply of drain water is uncertain, The problem was that the sound of water splashing was loud.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method, and improves the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser by allowing drain water to drip naturally onto the condenser.

Structure of the Invention To achieve this object, the present invention provides, in the upper part of the condenser,
A sealing material is provided to seal the condenser air circuit, and this sealing material is formed into a gutter-like shape using a material that does not allow air to pass through but allows water to pass through. Drain water is supplied onto the condenser through the capillary action of this gutter. .

Compressor 2, condenser 9, and evaporator 5 constitute a conventionally known refrigeration cycle, and drain water condensed on the surface of evaporator 5 is received by drain pan 4 and guided to condenser 9 through drain pipe 3. Further, arrow a indicates the flow of air on the indoor side, and arrow s indicates the flow of air on the outdoor side. The 12 distribution gutter is located between the air pipe 11 and the condenser 9 so as to seal the wind circuit of the condenser 9, and is provided at the upper end of the condenser 9. The distribution gutter 12 is mainly made of a fibrous body that allows water to pass through but not air, and is provided over the entire width of the condenser 9, forming a water conduit 12a in the center. Also propeller fan 1QId, 1-1,113・15 and belt 1

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention aims to improve the heat exchange efficiency by installing the condenser below the evaporator and completely using the drain water to cool the condenser. The condenser is smaller, the refrigeration cycle is smaller, and the drain water is fully utilized, so it can be used in air conditioners in high-rise buildings where drain water cannot be disposed of without draining outside the machine. be.
