び第２図は多突条ベルトの概略図、第３図は屈曲寿命評
価試験に用いたシステムの説明図、第４図は異音評価試
験に用いる回動変動強制機の説明図、第５図は耐摩耗性
評価試験に用いたシステムの説明図、第６図は耐寒特性
評価試験に用いたシステムの説明図、第７図ないし第１
４図はそれぞれ試験結果を示す図、第１５図は従来の多
突条ベルトの概略図である。 １・・・・・・多突条ベルト、２・・・・・・ベルト基
帯、３・・・・・・突条、９・・・・・・中間硬質コム
層、１０・・・・・・先端軟質ゴム層。

Claims (9)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ベルト基帯に対し複数の突条がベルト長手方向に
    沿って突設されたベルトであって、前記突条の高さ方向
    における中間部位に中間硬質ゴム層が、先端部位に先端
    軟質ゴム層がそれぞれ配置され、前記中間硬質ゴム層は
    少なくとも８００ｋｇ／ｒｒａｎ”程度の弾性率を具有
    する短繊維がベルト幅方向に配列されている一方、前記
    先端軟質ゴム層は短繊維がベルト幅方向に配列されてい
    ることを特徴とする多突条ベルト。
  2. （２）中間硬質ゴム層の短繊維は、綿繊維であるところ
    の実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の多突条ベルト。
  3. （３）　　中間硬質コム層の短繊維は、ポリメタフェニ
    ルイソフタルアミド繊維であるところの実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の多突条ベルト。
  4. （４）中間硬質コム層の短繊維は、ポリパラフェニルイ
    ソフタルアミド繊維であるところの実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の多突条ベルト。
  5. （５）中間硬質ゴム層は、突条を構成する他の部分より
    も２°以上コム硬度が大きいところの実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の多突条ベルト。
  6. （６）中間硬質コム層は、ゴム配合物１００容量部に対
    し短繊維が７〜３０容量部混入されてなるところの実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第５項記載の多突条ベ
    ルト。
  7. （７）中間硬質ゴム層は、その厚さが突条高さの　−１
    ４〜４５％であり、かつ突条先端より、突条高さの４５
    〜８５％に相当する長さだけ離れているところの実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項、第５項または第６項記載の多
    突条ベルト。
  8. （８）先端軟質ゴｌ、層は、ゴム配合物１００容量部に
    対し短繊維５〜３０容量部が混入されてなるところの実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の多突条ベルト。
  9. （９）先端軟質コム層は、突条を構成する他の部分より
    も３°以上小さいゴム硬度であるところの実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項または第８項記載の多突条ベルト。
