Claims (1)
作動し下流側圧力を一定に制御する圧力制御弁と、圧力
制御弁上流側から分岐され該パイロット弁の圧力供給ポ
ートに到る分岐配管途中に設けてあり、圧力制御弁下流
側の圧力をそ゛のバネケース側ダイヤフラム室に供給さ
れて動作し、圧力制御弁下流側圧力との差圧が一定とな
るパイロット供給圧力を出力するパイロット圧力制御弁
