に取付けられるステップ部とにて頂部カバーを形成し、
上記頂部カバーにて防護枠内への雨水や塵等の侵入を防
止するとともに頂部カバーの防護枠への取付けを容易に

を覆う形状のカバー部９と、防護枠６の左右外側方にカ
バー部９より幾分下方に段差をもたしてカバー部９と平
