A transparent conductive film having a predetermined pattern is provided on the inner surface of the display-side substrate, and an EC electrode film made of a substance (-○ material) exhibiting the K[Kelectp4hack phenomenon] is formed thereon.

Therefore, Na2W011. reacts with To, Mob, etc. used in the PC layer. Even when forming a shiba pattern by sputtering or the like with a δ-peripheral mo material, which is known to cause the formation of soluble salts such as Na2M0011 and shorten its lifespan, Na ions in the glass may form 80 layers and become transparent. It is known that it has an adverse effect on the conductive layer, and in order to improve this problem, a method of providing a transparent insulating film between the transparent substrate and the transparent conductive film has been carried out (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1137-1983).
