あった。However, the ink contained in these types of ballpoint pens usually consists of a rubber component, a low-boiling point solvent, a pigment, and a high-boiling point solvent, and generally has relatively good performance in terms of erasability. However, there are problems with paper marks on the box or after writing, and the flow of ink in the ink storage tube. Also, there are problems with the paper surface of the ink due to the high viscosity, which is a characteristic of ink with such a composition, and the pigment used. In many cases, the pressurizing action of the ink supply reservoir to the ball part cannot be effective due to a decrease in the adhesion force to the ball.
It was difficult to ensure stable writing performance during writing.

An effective pressurizing effect is obtained by providing special vertical grooves in the capillary pores that guide the ball, and in this way, the appropriate amount of erasable ink can always stay in the i-ru part, providing excellent writing stability. A ballpoint pen having the following properties is obtained.

As shown in FIG. 1, a ballpoint pen 1 that uses erasable ink 1 is comprised of an ink storage tube 2, a barrel tube and a sheath tube 4 into which the tube is fitted. The ink storage tube 2 has an ink storage part 5 and a ball part 6 where ink should always stay,
An ink guide hole 7 and a capillary hole 8 for guiding the ink 1 to the ball portion 6 are provided between the ink storage portion 5 and the ball portion 6. 9 is a vertical hole bored in the inner wall surface of the capillary hole 8,
The vertical grooves 9 are connected to the ink grooves 10a formed radially on the ball seat 10 of the ball portion 6 (514!). are doing.

In addition, in [ㅅ] shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, the vertical groove 9
It has a structure that communicates with a part of the ink+'41#10a. As mentioned above, the related structure between the vertical groove 9 of the capillary hole 8 and the ink groove 10a may be any structure as long as the two communicate with each other, but the ink 1 by the pressurizing means described later From the viewpoint of expecting a more effective pressurizing action, it is preferable to have a structure in which the vertical groove 9 extending over the entire length of the capillary hole 8 communicates with the entire ink groove 10a (Fig. 6,
(See Figure 4).

P is a pressurized air chamber in which pressurized nitrogen a is sealed by appropriate means. Reference numeral 16 is a tail plug for preventing leakage of the air gust a, and is tightly fitted from the rear end of the ink storage tube 2. Further, reference numeral 5 denotes a follower stopper, which moves while contacting the surface of the ink 10 as the amount of ink decreases, thereby preventing direct contact between the sudden air a and the ink 1.

。Ink 1 has the property of being able to temporarily erase lead marks left behind by vinegar, and contains a rubber component, a rubber solvent, and a pigment as main components. The rubber component may be natural rubber or synthetic F・y rubber, and the amount used is 1% relative to the other components.
It is specified in the 6-22 weight class. In the present invention, the amount of rubber component is slightly lower than that of the conventional one, but this is because, on the one hand, it ensures the erasability of the pattern, and on the other hand, the ink itself has a lower adhesion force than the ink's adhesion to the paper. The self-cohesiveness of the ink increases and the ink on the paper surface adheres to the ink on the ball instead of being transferred to the paper during writing, resulting in the inability to change continuous handwriting. This is to avoid it. Next, as the rubber solvent, we use a low boiling point rubber solvent and a high boiling point rubber solvent, but the low boiling point rubber solvent evaporates from the paper surface before the rubber component penetrates into the paper surface, increasing the viscosity of the ink. It has the effect of rapidly increasing the ink to prevent the ink from penetrating into the S fibers on the paper surface and making it possible to erase it with an eraser for a while. A solvent is used.

It turns out. Therefore, the ratio of the low boiling point rubber solvent to the rubber component is preferably 1.6 to 1.8.

When the ratio is decreased, the pigment paste (mixture of pigment, high-boiling rubber solvent, and lubricant) is mixed with the rubber solution (rubber component is masticated and dissolved in a low-boiling rubber solvent). The ink composition becomes unsatisfactory and the uniformity of the ink composition is lost. Therefore, the ratio of high boiling point solvent to pigment is preferably 1.5 to 1.8.

る顔料の比率は0.8〜1.1にするのが最適である。The pigment is an inorganic pigment such as carin black or graphite, or an organic pigment such as an azo pigment or a phthalocyanine pigment, and its ratio to the rubber component is important. If the ratio to the rubber component is increased, erasability will be adversely affected, and if the ratio is decreased, the ink composition containing an excess of the rubber component will scatter in the form of strings from the ball portion. Therefore, the optimum ratio of pigment to rubber component is 0.8 to 1.1.

A homogeneous rubber melt is obtained. Separately, the pigment, high-boiling rubber solvent, and lubricant are kneaded using three rolls to form a pigment paste. The homogeneous rubber solution and pigment paste are placed in a closed kneader and kneaded at 70-80°C to homogenize, and then cooled to form the desired ink composition.

Since the capillary hole that guides the ink in the zeal part where the ink should always stay has a vertical groove that communicates with the ink groove in the pole seat, it improves the ink performance and significantly improves the followability of the ink. He succeeded in improving Kokichi. In other words, as mentioned above, this type of ink has a high viscosity and poor adhesion to paper, so the effect of capillary action cannot be expected much, and it is made to flow to the ball part by pressure action by various means. In Although,
According to the present invention, under such conditions, the existence of the vertical groove of the capillary hole communicating with the ink groove of the pole catch improves the capillary force of the ink guiding reservoir and makes it possible to expect good pressurizing action of the moving vehicle. As a result, a ballpoint pen using erasable ink with a high 11 performance can be obtained.
