Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は壁構造物の製作に適する積層構造体であって、
長方形の断面を有する細長いプラスチック発泡体の少な
くとも１つの面に、片面に接着剤層を塗布した細長い金
属薄板が接着してあり、この金属薄板が前記プラスチッ
ク発泡体の長手方向に延びる第一、第二の端を有し、こ
れらの端のそれぞれが前記プラスチック発泡体から外向
きに１８０度折り返してあってその端の接着剤層の部分
を前記プラスチック発泡体から外向きに露出しており、
前記第一の端の折り返し部分の幅が前記第二の端の折り
返し部分の幅よりもかなり小さく、かつ前記金属薄板の
全幅が前記プラスチック発泡体の隣合った部分の幅より
も大きくなっていることを特徴とする積層構造体を提供
する。
本発明の特徴と利点は図面を参照しながら以下の説明を
読むことにより、より明瞭となるであろう。
第１図は本発明に従って構成された積層体１０の一端を
概略的に描いたものである。
積層体１０は例えばポリスチレン発泡体又はポリウレタ
ン発泡体の如き材料から作られた細長いプラスチックの
発泡体１１を有している。
該発泡体１１は第一の長手方向の面１２と第二の長手方
向の面１３と第三の長手方向の面１４と第四の長手方向
の面１５を有している。
発泡体１１は長方形の断面形状を有し、発泡体１１の第
二の長手方向の面１３には、容易に変形しうるアルミニ
ウム、銅、或いは類似の金属からなる細長い金属薄板１
７が接着しである。
該金属薄板１７には発泡体１１の第二長手方向の面１３
に前記金属薄板１７を接着するための接着剤層１８が塗
布されている。
この接着剤層１８は熱活性又は熱溶融接着剤であり、例
えばエチレン８３％とアクリル酸１７％の共重合体又は
アスファルトが有利である。
代りにエポキシ樹脂の様な凝固性の接着剤を使用するこ
ともできる。
金属：薄板１７は発泡体１１の全長にわたって延びる第
一の端２０と第一の折り返し部分２２を有している。
第一の折り返し部分２２は発泡体１１の第二の長手方向
の面１ｉから外向きに前記接着剤層１８を設けるように
、約１８０度前記金属薄１７を折り返すことによって形
成されている。
同様の第二の折り返し部分２３がこの第一の金属薄板１
７に設けてあり、この第二の折り返し部分２３は発泡体
１１の全長にわたって延びる第二の端２１を有している
。
この第二の折り返し部分２３の幅は前記第一の折り返し
部分２２の幅よりもかなり太きい。
第二の折り返し部分２３の幅は、第一の折り返し部分２
２の幅の１．５倍から１０倍がよい。
同様の金属薄板が発泡体１１の反対側の第四の長手方向
の面１５に接着されていて、その構成部分はアルファベ
ットの小文字“ａ“を付けた同じ番号で示されている。
第２図に多数の積層体で形成した壁構造体３０の概要が
示されている。
この壁構造体３０は多数の積層発泡体３１を有し、これ
らの積層発泡体３１の各々は発泡体部分３３，３４，３
５，３６によって構成されている。
隣合った積層発泡体３１は参照番号３７で示す位置で相
互に直接接着されている。
発泡体部分３３，３４．及び３６の反対側で発泡体部分
３５の表面に第１図に示す金属薄板１７と同等の曲げ易
い金属薄板３９が接着しである。
隣合った金属薄板３９は参照番号４１によって示された
ところで重ねられ熱シール又は他の接着法により接着さ
れている。
熱シールを行なう前に、第二の′、すなわち幅の大きい
方の折り返し部分が折りもどされ、隣接した積層体３１
の第一の、すなわち幅の小さい方の折り返し部分の上に
置かれ、この第−折り返し部分の露出した接着剤層と下
になった金属薄板３９の外表面の一部との両方に対して
熱シール又は他の方法で接着され、かくして接着剤対金
属の接合と同時に接着剤対接着剤の直接の接合が行なわ
れる。
本発明の積層体を使用して、信頼しうる接合構造体が、
例えばポリスチレン、ポリウレタンの如きプラスチック
発泡体とアルミニウム及び銅の如き金属薄板とからなる
積層体から容易に製造されつる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 壁構造物の製作に適する積層構造体であって、長方
    形の断面を有する細長いプラスチック発泡体１１の少な
    くとも１つの面に、片面に接着剤層を塗布した細長い金
    層薄板１７が接着してあり、この金層薄板１７が前記プ
    ラスチック発泡体の長手方向に延びる第一、第二の端を
    有し、これらの端のそれぞれが前記プラスチック発泡体
    から外向きに１８０度折り返してあってその端の接着剤
    層の部分を前記プラスチック発泡体から外向きに露出し
    ており、前記第一の端の折り返し部分の幅が前記第二の
    端の折り返し部分の幅よりもかなり小さく、かつ前記金
    属薄板の全幅が前記プラスチック発泡体の隣合った部分
    の幅よりも大きくなっていることを特徴どする積層構造
    体。
