    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 共通エミッタ（または共通ソース）に接続された電流源
    と、コレクタ（またはドレイン）の出力負荷とをＦＥＴ
    による定電流源により構成した差動増幅器であって、前
    記面ＦＥＴの特性をそろえるとともに、少な（とも一方
    のＦＥＴのソースに抵抗を接続して所定の電流比で両Ｆ
    ＥＴを動作するようにしたことを特徴とする差動増幅器
    。
