りなる基材或いは該基材に合成樹脂フィルムを貼合して
なる積層基材の一側面に、金、銀・ 若しくは銅よりな
りその線径が３０μ以下で而も任意長さに切断されてな
る極細金属線がイあたり０．１〜５゜０ｇ重量の範囲内
で均質に分散配置され且所定間隔毎に任意形状の孔若し
くはスリットがその全面に形成された合成樹脂フィルム
よりなる接合フィルムと基材或いは積層基材とにより該
分散配置された極細金属線が挟着貼合されてなることを
