Claims (1)
外周部に切欠溝が複数等分に設けられ、該切欠溝内に挿
入されたシフティングキーにより摺動抵抗が与えられる
ハブスリーブを設け、該ハブスリーブの摺動によりシン
クロナイザリングを介してアウトプットシャフト上に遊
嵌されたギ+に回転を伝達するようにした歯車変速機に
おいて、前記シフティングキーにはスプリング力が軸中
心方向に弾力を持つように形成されたシフティングスプ
リングを取付け、該スプリングは前記シンクロナイザリ
ングの外周に設けた外周溝に隙間なく嵌め込まれている
ことを特徴とする歯車変速機の同期装置。A clutch hub that rotates integrally with the output shaft is provided with a plurality of equally divided notched grooves on the outer periphery thereof, and a hub sleeve to which sliding resistance is applied by a shifting key inserted into the notched groove is provided.
