Abstract

PURPOSE:To deodorize and to sterilize food and drink, to make its taste mild and easily absorbable in the body, by applying a high electrostatic potential to food and drink to be treated by an AC high electrostatic potential generator at a given interval or at a pulse interval. CONSTITUTION:Leaves of tea, etc. are put in the container 21 for treating solid drink and food, and an AC high electrostatic potential (e.g., potential >=5,000V) is applied to them by the AC high electrostatic potential generator 10 at a given interval. Water and other components contained in the leaves of tea, etc. are ionized. An extracted solution of the leaves of tea, etc. is sent from the receiver 33 to the subtank 37, fed to the liquid treating container 40, the AC high electrostatic potential is applied to air, the ozonized air is raised as bubbles from the bottom of the air pipe 47. The extracted solution is ionized, water and various kinds of coponents are ionized.

Conventionally, it has been known that ionized water can be obtained by placing a single terminal electrode of an AC high electrostatic potential generator into a suspension of fine powder of a basic inorganic substance directly in water and applying an AC high electrostatic potential. However, since fine powder of basic inorganic substance is used,
It was very time-consuming as it had to be sipped after ionization.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been developed in the case of food and beverages that use a solid material as a main ingredient and its extract, solution, or squeezed liquid. A part of the food and drink is selectively applied to both at predetermined intervals using one AC high electrostatic potential generator, or by applying an AC elderly potential in a UV manner, without changing the basic components of the substance itself. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for ionizing food and drink, which not only has a deodorizing effect and a preservative effect but also has a mild taste and is easily absorbed into the body and can be used as a health food. The drawings will be explained in detail.

Next, an example will be explained in which the method of the present invention is applied to Chinese tea having a unique odor using the above-mentioned apparatus. First, tea leaves are placed in the solid food processing container 21 for 8 minutes, the switch 18 is connected to the terminal 18-1, and the AC high electrostatic potential generator 10 is heated for a predetermined interval, for example, 30 seconds. Then, an AC aged potential, for example, t of 5.000 V or more is applied to the tea leaves. Here, high-potential alternating current radio waves ionize the water and other components of the tea leaves. After processing, the valve 23 is opened and the tea leaves are taken out from the discharge port 22 onto the receiver 29. By pouring regular hot water over the tea leaves as they are, the unique odor disappears, and you get ionized tea with a mellow taste that is easily absorbed by the body, so you can store it in a sealed container and use it immediately after processing. .

Further, the processed tea leaves are transferred to the extraction device 30 and the tea leaves are transferred to the extraction device 30.
1. Drop an appropriate amount of hot water at an appropriate temperature from the hot water supply device 32 onto the exposed tea leaves, and collect the tea extract in the receiver 33. 1. Open the valve 35 and pump the extracted liquid. 34, the inside of the discharge pipe 36 is sent to the sub tank 37. This operation is repeated to store the extract in the sub-tank 37. Next, sub tank 3
After connecting the end of the discharge pipe 36a provided in 7 to the inlet 41 of the liquid processing container 40, the extract stored in the sub-tank 37 is injected into the container 40 by opening the valve 35ai and using the pump 34a. A predetermined amount of the extract liquid is put into the container 41. Here, if the switch 18 is connected to the terminal 18-2 and an AC high electrostatic potential is applied to the AC aged potential generator 10 under the conditions described above, the valve 53 is opened and the blower pump 52 is operated, the air inside the air pipe 47 is is partially ozonated by the application of a high electrostatic potential, and the air pipe 4
From the lower end of 7, it becomes bubbles and rises in the extract. The air rising in the form of bubbles stirs the extract and at the same time ionizes the extract. As a result, the water in the tea extract is ionized and the divine ingredients in the tea leaf extract are also ionized, which further eliminates the unique odor, making the taste milder, making it easier to absorb into the body, and passing through the mouth. It is not necessary and can be served as a drink.

Here, the solid food and drink processing step and the liquid food and drink processing step can be operated independently as described above, and if the switch 18 is connected to both terminals 18-1 and 18-2, the solid food and drink processing step can be performed. The liquid food and drink processing process can be processed simultaneously in parallel using one AC high electrostatic potential generator (flo). Although the above embodiments have been explained using Chinese tea as an example, it goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to soy milk, natto, and other solid or liquid foods and drinks. Alternatively, a high electrostatic potential may be applied in a pulsed manner.

As explained above, according to the method of the present invention, a high electrostatic potential is applied to the food and drink to be treated using an AC aged potential generator at predetermined intervals or in a pulsed manner, so that a deodorizing effect and a preservative effect on the food and drink can be obtained. Needless to say, the ionization efficiency can be further improved. In addition, one AC aged potential generator can simultaneously generate solid food and drink in the form of powder, small particles, or small pieces and liquid food and drink such as extracts, solutions, or squeezed liquids of the solid food and drink, either simultaneously or individually. It is easy and economical to treat solid foods and drinks, and by ionizing some of the moisture and other natural components in solid foods, it not only has deodorizing and preservative effects, but also improves taste. Solid foods that are mellow and easily absorbed by the body and can be used as health foods can be obtained, and when processing liquids only, ionization of water and partial ionization of various natural ingredients dissolved in water can be used to deodorize. Not only is it effective and preservative, but it also makes the taste mellower.
A liquid food or drink that is easily absorbed into the body and can be used as a health food can be obtained, and furthermore, when the two are used together, the effect is further increased.
