Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はアンプル処理工程の改善に関するものである。
アルカリ溶出量を低下させるためのサルファ処理のごと
き表面処理を組み込んだ従来のアンプル処理工程は素材
ガラス管から熱成形されたアンプルのアニール炉内での
除歪、検査、加熱炉内でのアルカリ溶出量減少のための
表面処理および洗浄乾燥の各工程で構成されており、除
歪されたアンプルの表面処理のための再加熱工程を必要
とするので、燃料、作業員、床面積、設備等に余分の費
用がかかり不経済であった。
