触抵抗を低くでき、この効果は既述した従来例と同じで
あるにしても、突部が凹部内の空気圧力で保持されたも
のであって、接触面圧を均一に分散させる作用を有し、
かつ既述した従来例における凸状物ほど硬くないから、
従来例における不利(凸状物の食い込みによるゴムシー
ト、フレキシブルプリント配線板の損傷)を回避できる
