おいてフィルターの目詰りを指示するように負圧を検知

周面の通気部より負圧側に流れるため弁体は風圧の影響
は少なく、弁体は瞬間的に作動されることが実験的にも
確認されており、弁体の移動が確実にでき、大気圧と負
圧の差の確認が迅速にでき、特に電気掃除機のフィルタ
