    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 互いに隔たって配置された磁石とホール素子を含み、該
    磁石からの該ホール素子を横切る磁束に応じて発生する
    ホール素子出力に基づいて該磁石と該ホール素子との相
    対位置を検出する磁気式位置検出器において、磁石とホ
    ール素子の間の間隙に比較的弾力性のある物質を充填し
    たことを特徴とする磁気式位置検出器。
