焼部に誘導する誘導パイプを取り付け、蒸焼用炉内に入
れられた積層体を加熱チューブによって加熱して積層体
より樹脂膜部を熔融気化させ、この気化した可燃成分を
加熱用チューブの燃焼部に導き燃焼させて熱源の一部と
して利用すると共に、積層体から金属薄膜を酸化させず
に取り出せるよう構成したことを特徴とする積層体再資
