置において前記第１の係合凹部に係合し得る第１のロッ
クピンが、シートバックの前傾位置において前記第２の
係合凹部に係合し得る第２のロックピンが夫々形成され
、前記シートバックの着座位置と前傾位置で夫々シート
バックを固定し得るようになされている事を特徴とする
