    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力端子の高周波信号を開閉して出力端子に出力する半
    導体スイッチと、この半導体スイッチに与えるべき切換
    制御信号を発生する制御信号発生−回路と、この回路か
    らの切換制御信号をろ波して上記半導体スイッチに加え
    る制御信号フィルタと゛　を備えたことを特徴とする高
    周波切換回路。
