Claims (2)
回転可能に保持されたＸ線管と、上記陽極ターゲットの
半径方向変位、軸方向変位、および傾き角度の変化を検
出する検出装置と、上記回転軸構体を半径方向、軸方向
、および傾きを制御する制御装置と、上記検出装置で得
られる出力信号を処理して制御装置に与えるフィードバ
