あり、又、加熱乾燥が困難であった素材、たとえば合板
、木材、パーチクルボード等の木質繊維板の場合加熱せ
ずに架橋硬化形の塗膜を形成することができる等のメリ

ないために必要な条件であり又、光硬化型上塗塗料層と
薄葉紙との間に自己硬化性樹脂層を介在させることは、
上塗塗料の浸み込み防止と、薄葉紙中の気泡が置換して
塗膜中に出てくることを防止する為であり、そのことに
よって上塗塗料全体を紫外線によって硬化さすことがで
