１はパターンを示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 集積回路基板の信号および電源回路等を接続する先端に
    折り曲げ部を交互または双方に配列した構成の外部端子
    であって、前記集積回路基板２個の背面を合致せしめる
    とともに、該集積回路基板間に前記外部端子を介在せし
    め前記折り曲げ部を回路基板に接続することを特徴とし
    た集積回路のゝ　　　外部端子。
