Claims (1)
る上記誘電体材料基板の側面に上記両生面の各−側端縁
に夫々設けた分離帯から上記側面に到る一対の電極膜を
形成した複数のコンデンサユニットを有し、これら各コ
ンデンサユニットの上記側面に夫々はS゛一定間隔をお
いて耐熱性のレジストを塗布するとともに、上記コンデ
ンサユニットを絶縁性を有する接着手段を間にして順次
積み重ねるよろにしたことを特徴とする積み重ねコンデ
