Generally, the power distribution track is a metal cylindrical duct 40 having an opening Ph for plug attachment on the lower side, as shown in Fig. 3.
Insert the rod-shaped conductor 10R, 108°10T into the grooved insulator 3.
0, the current collecting conductor of the plug (not shown) inserted through the opening Ph is connected to conductors 10R and 10S.
, branch connections can be made by contacting and energizing 10T, but the rod-shaped conductors and ducts are rigid, so they must be of a fixed length, so in order to lengthen the length and install it, multiple unit length power distribution is required. It is necessary to connect the tracks and connect the duct and bar conductor together at each end.

Such a connection structure has the advantage that the connection work can be done by simply inserting it without taking up much space, but for this purpose, the number of connection pieces between conductors 1 and 2 that need to be connected is minimum. 3 are required, requiring a large number of connecting parts, and in addition, the ends of each conductor 1 and 2 and the tubular conductor 3
, 5 tubular conductor 5 and contact conductor 4, and contact conductor 4 and tubular conductor 3, forming a total of four connections and contact parts, and even if consideration is given to sufficiently reducing the contact resistance of each connection part, the connection This has the disadvantage that the contact resistance of the entire section may become large.

In view of the current situation, the present invention provides an improved conductor connection structure for power distribution tracks that takes advantage of the usefulness of the plug-in connection, significantly reduces the number of parts, and sufficiently reduces contact resistance. Its gist is that it is a rod-shaped conductor of a certain length, and one end of the rod-shaped conductor (a short tubular conductor is inserted and attached to it up to half the length of the rod-shaped conductor). At the other end, a conductor branch part formed by dividing the end itself by slit processing is expanded and protruded,
This conductor connection structure for a power distribution track is characterized in that rod-shaped conductors to be connected are connected to each other by inserting their expanded and protruding conductor branches into the tubular conductor and elastically compressing them.

As explained above, the present invention is to attach a short tubular conductor to one end of a rod-shaped conductor of a fixed length installed in a duct by inserting it up to half the length, while the opposite rod-shaped conductor At the conductor end, a slit is applied to the conductor end itself so that the divided conductor branch part is expanded and protruded, and the conductor branch part is attached to one end of the mating rod-shaped conductor to be connected. Since the conductor connection is made by inserting the conductor into an elastic compression fit, it is not only possible to achieve a one-touch connection by simply inserting the conductor, but also to connect the tubular conductor on one side and the other side as in the past. Compared to a system in which pin plug-shaped contact conductors are attached to each conductor end, the number of connecting parts between rod-shaped conductors to be connected is reduced to only one tubular conductor, which is greatly reduced, and the conductor branches are connected to the rod-shaped conductors themselves. Since the ends of the rods are formed by slitting, there are only two assembly contact surfaces between the rod-shaped conductors to be connected: the combination part of the tubular conductor and the rod-shaped conductor, and the insertion part of the tubular conductor and the conductor branch. As a result, the contact resistance can be reduced to a great extent, and the practical benefits of this type of power distribution track as a conductor connection are enormous.
