の揺動角度変位することにより、前記ラチェットポール
を、非保合位置に駆動するアジャスタレバーと、を有す
る自動車のシートリクライニングアジャスタ装置におい
て、前記シートクッション側に、支持部材により前記ラ
チェットに対向して支持されるとともに該ラチェットと
噛み合い状態で、一定範囲で、前記支持部材に対して前
記ラチェットとともに揺動され得る第２のラチェットポ
ールを設け、かつ、該第２のラチェットポールと前記ア
ジャスタレバーを連動させ、前記ラチェットポールと前
記ラチェットとの係合状態から非係合となった初期にお
ける前記アジャスタレバーの揺動角度範囲で、前記第２
のラチェットポールを前記ラチェットに係合させ、さら
に大きい揺動角度変位のとき非保合とさせることを特徴
