【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は塵埃や破砕粒等を含まない精選籾の一部を、乾
燥作業に何等の影響を与えることなく速かに取出して水
分の測定を行わせ、もって適正な含水率の乾燥籾に仕上
げることができる籾乾燥機における水分測定用籾の取出
し装置に関する。

の結果、乾燥不足或は過乾燥状態の乾燥籾が発生し、良
質の乾燥籾が得られない欠点が生じた。

ようにして適正な含水率の乾燥籾を容易に得ることがで
きる籾乾燥機における水分測定用籾の取出装置を得るこ
とを目的としたものである。

本考案は前記に鑑み、上記目的を達成させるため、その
構成を、乾燥機本体の一側に付設した昇降機の揚送側前
面適当高さ位置に確認窓を開口し、上記確認窓には取出
し口を開口した開閉蓋を取出し自在に装着し、該取出し
口を開口した開閉蓋の外側には上向き傾斜させた底壁を
有する取出し筐体を設け、上記底壁には誘導壁を立設し
て、取出し口と誘導壁との間に風選室を形成すると共に
、前記誘導壁上方の取出し筐体内には自由端側が開閉蓋
および誘導壁に当接できる振動弁を回動自在に枢支した
籾乾燥機における水分測定用籾の取出し装置としたもの
であって、かかる装置によれば、乾燥作業に何等の影響
を与えない揚送過程において飛び出した籾が取出し口を
経て風選室内を通過する際に、昇降機内に発生した風に
より籾と塵埃や破砕粒とを分離風選し、塵埃や破砕粒が
混入しない精選籾のみを振動弁の操作によって開口され
た取出し筐体内に導入して、より正確な水分測定作業を
容易に行わせることができる詐りか籾の取出しを行わな
い時には飛び出した籾を誘導壁で破砕させることなく柔
らかく受は止めた後、上向き傾斜させた底壁に沿い速か
に可動部材と衝突させることなく昇降機下部に滑落させ
ることができると共に、水分測定用籾の取出し装置が故
障した際にはその交換を容易にできる効果を奏する。
