Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 中空の容器本体1と、刷毛6を具備させたキャップ
4とを有する塗料などを充填された円筒状容器に用いる
、前記刷毛6を取り囲む管状中空体10として形成され
、半径方向外方へ突出する突片12を有し、容器1内で
軸線方向へ振り動かされるようにした攪拌装置において
、突片12をファンの羽根状に形成し、管状中空体10
の周りに等間隔に配置すると共に管状中空体10の長手
軸線に関して成る角度で同一方向へ傾け、且つ突片12
の外縁15が容器本体1の内径よりもわずかに小さい直
径の仮想円筒面上に位置するように構成したことを特徴
とする攪拌装置。 2 突片12を管状中空体の長手軸線に対してらせん状
にねじったことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に記
載の攪拌装置。 3 両端面13.14がそれぞれ円周方向に互いにずれ
ているものの、管状中空体10の外径に於ける接線に対
して垂直であるような4枚の突片12を設けたことを特
徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の攪拌装置。 4 突片12の長さlが容器1内を攪拌装置9が軸線方
向に運動できる長さlのほぼ1/3から1/2に相当す
ることを特徴とすることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
1項から第3項のいずれか1項に記載の攪拌装置。 5 両端13または14がそれぞれ管状中空体10の端
面10aと同一平面内に位置することを特徴とする特許
請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれか1項に記載の攪
拌装置。 6 管状中空体10の突片12と共に一体的に射出成形
部材としたことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項から
第5項のいずれか1項に記載の攪拌装置。 7 仮想円筒面の軸長Mが管状中空体10の長さlより
も大きく、突片12の端面13′が長手軸線11に対し
て角度αで傾斜していることを特徴とする特許請求の範
囲第1項に記載の攪拌装置。 8 突片12を直線的な羽根として形処し、しかし攪拌
装置9の長手軸線11に対して成る角度で傾斜するよう
