間を冷却ガス流路として三重構造のプラズマトーチ管に
おいて、前記外筒下端に設けた冷却ガス入口より上位の
冷却ガス流路中に複数の整流孔を有する整流板を筒軸方
向と直角に配置したことを特徴とする高周波誘導プラズ
マトーチ管。
