刷毛に比して、刷毛植設向１′よりして、短く形成され
てなることから、同じ直径の刷毛を使用しても、刷毛は
かために、弾力的に作用し、低い刷毛植設部２の刷毛は
、刷毛植設向２′よりして長めに形成されていることか
ら、刷毛はやわらかめに作用する様になる様に形成され
