された操作軸を回転自在に軸承し、前記回転軸と前記操
作軸の他端面との間に縮設したスプリングによって前記
軸受の内周面と前記テーパ面の両方に圧接されるボール
を前記回転軸に装着し、かつ前記スプリングに抗する前
記調整ノブの押圧により、前記内周面及びテーパ面に対
するボールの圧接を解除すると共に、前記回転軸と調整
ノブとを調整ノブの回転方向で互い連結するようにした
