振動子アレイの表面に、超音波を伝播する伝播媒質を収
納し先端に到るに従って先細状に形成された筐体を接着
し、振動子アレイをリニア走査したとき先端より送受波
される音波ビームがセクタ走査と赴るように構成された
超音波探触子において、筐体の内面を音響インピーダン
スが前記伝播媒質と同じか又はほぼ近い値でありかつ音
響損失の大きい吸収体で形成し多重反射を防止するよう
にしたことを特徴とする超音波探触子。(1) A casing that stores a propagation medium for propagating ultrasonic waves on the surface of a transducer array formed by arranging a plurality of strip-shaped transducers in a concave shape, and is tapered toward the tip.
