3と蒸発器4との間を結ぶ低圧液管13との間に、デフ
ロスト時開く主電磁弁6を介装したホットガスバイパス
管7を接続してデフロスト回路を形成すると共に、デフ
ロスト回路じる冷媒用電磁弁5を前記膨張機構3の入口
側に設け、前記圧縮機1の吐出ガス冷媒により前記蒸発
器4に付着の霜を除霜するごとくした冷凍装置において
、前記主電磁弁6よりも容量の小さい補助電磁弁8を介
装した補助バイパス管9を前記主電磁弁6と並列に接続
すると共に、冷凍装置の高圧および低圧冷媒の圧力をそ
れぞれ検知してそれらの差圧により作動する差圧開閉器
10を設け、デフロスト時前記差圧が所定値以上のとき
前記補助電磁弁8のみを、所定値未満のとき前記主電磁
