However, in conventional switches that use contact studs, the legs of the contact studs are arbitrarily placed through the insulator, and the legs are caulked and fixed on the back side, and the core wire of the cord (lead wire) is connected to the caulked part. However, it has the disadvantage of poor workability, and furthermore, there is no thought of inserting the through hole of each of the known conductive plates into the leg of the contact stud, and even if it were inserted, it would not work well with the leg of the contact stud. Since the crimping of the conductive plate to the back surface of the insulator may become defective, it is necessary to perform crimping work to maintain a constant degree of crimping due to the widening of the end face of the leg of the contact stud.

However, such strict caulking work is not only difficult in practice, but also the caulking may loosen during long-term use of the switch, or the insulator may shrink in the thickness direction due to aging, and the conductive plate may The soldering described above is still carried out, although the work is cumbersome because there is a high risk of Joule heat being generated between the caulked parts of the legs of the contact studs.

In the terminal board 1 of this embodiment, a contact 13 having a rivet head is engaged with the surface of an insulator 11, and a contact connecting portion A is attached to a leg of a contact rivet 12 that is passed through a through hole provided in the insulator to the back surface.
pass through the insertion hole 3 with the bulge of the seat 2 facing outward, insert the retaining tongue piece 4 of the rotation stopper B into the rotation prevention hole (blind hole) 14 of the insulator 11, and insert the insertion hole of the contact stud 12 leg. The end surface protruding from 3 is spread out and caulked as shown in Figure 3.

As is clear from the description of the embodiments described above, the present invention has a leg that penetrates the insulator 11 of the switch, and on the back side of the insulator 11, the leg of the contact stud 12 is expanded and caulked. Insert the insertion holes 3, 3a provided in the terminal board 1 into the terminal plate 1, and press the caulking of the legs of the contact stud 12 to the slightly bulging seats 2, 2a on the edge of the hole of the reading card. The connecting portion A of the terminal plate 1 is pressed against the back surface of the insulator 11 by pressurizing the bulge of the seat 2゜2a as described above, and the contact stud 1
Even if there is some error in the caulking of the legs 2 and 2, since the seats 2 and 2a themselves have elasticity, the pressure welding of the connecting part A becomes elastic and maintains the installation, which prevents deterioration over time. Therefore, even if the thickness of the insulator 11 shrinks or some loosening occurs in the caulking of the contact studs 12, the crimping of the connection part A of the terminal board 1 to the back surface of the insulator 11 and the connection with the contact studs 12 will be permanent. There is no generation of Joule heat caused by loosening of the joint, and there is no risk of deformation even if the insulator 11 is a thermoplastic resin plate, making the service life of the switch longer than when the lead wires are soldered. Produces a unique effect.

Also, a cord 15 consisting of a main caulking piece 5 and a sub-caulking piece 8
The caulking portion C allows the core wire 16 of the cord 15 to be elastically wound and caulked even after the terminal board 1 is attached as described above, so that the power source or load cord can be attached to the contact stud 12 required after the switch is assembled. can be connected, and the assembly work including the terminal board 1 of the switch can be facilitated, and many benefits can be provided to the switch assembly and durability.
