DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a method of heat-insulatingly covering a portion of a cooling body other than the side of the object to be cooled, and covering the side of the object to be cooled with a fixed air layer sandwiched between a plurality of sheets. This is a multi-sheet detachable cooling device that cools the object to be cooled by pressing the sheet onto the cooling body, and does not cool the object by separating the sheets. It can prevent dew condensation on the surface.

As shown in FIG. 1, an example of the implementation of the present invention is that a cooling body (2) such as an evaporator is housed in an open case (1) made of a hard plastic plate, and the outside of the open case (1) is made of foamed polyethylene or the like. covered with a heat insulating wall (3),
The opening edge of the opening case (1) protrudes beyond the internal cooling body (2), and the opening edge is made by gluing sheets (5) and (6) on both sides of the frame (4) that matches the opening edge. The cooling body (2) is attached to the heat insulating wall (3) and the double sheet (5)
, (6) is a thermally isolated cooling pillow. Sheet (5)
(6) has elasticity and serves as a pillow by resting your head on the surface of the sheet (6).

As for the cooling body (2), as shown in Fig. 2, a compressor (7) compresses a refrigerant such as Freon, and the cooling body (2) is heated to a radiator (8).
From there, the refrigerant is sent through a capillary tube (9) to an evaporator, that is, the cooling body (2), where it is vaporized and cooled, and then returned to the compressor (7), where the refrigerant is circulated.

Sheets (5) and (6) should be (a) elastic, (b) cold resistant up to about -20°C, and (c) thermally conductive when crimped, such as aluminum powder. A silicone rubber sheet mixed with is suitable. However, a polyester film or a metal plate may also be used. Sheet (5), (

When you press your head against the surface of the sheet (6) and use it as a pillow, the sheets (5) and (6), while being supported by the case (1), expand under the pressure of your head and come into close contact with the cooling body (2). (2) Cools the head by heat conduction through these sheets. In addition,
If the sheets (5) and (6) are not stretchable, use a frame of cushioning material such as urethane foam to move the sheets in parallel and bring them into contact with the cooler.

returns to its original shape and is insulated by the fixed air layer sandwiched between these sheets, and the cooling body (2) is not heated by outside air, so there is no excessive load on the compressor (7), extending its life. In addition, since the outer surface of the sheet (6) can be set at a temperature higher than the dew point of the outside air, there is no possibility of dew condensation on that surface and water adhering to the sheet surface. (10) is a discharge pipe for water condensed on the surface of the sheet (5),

Figure 7 shows the cooling body (2) and sheet (5) (
6), the vertical axis is the temperature T°C, and the horizontal axis is the distance L from the surface of the cooling body (2), (
5) (6) indicates the position of the sheet. According to the inventor's experiment, when only (5) was provided with L = 20 mm, dew condensation was observed, so a second sheet (6) was added on top of (5).
No dew condensation was observed on the outer surface of (6) when it was placed at a distance of L=20 mm. In other words, if only one sheet (5) is used, water droplets will form on the outer surface of the sheet (5) unless the sheet (5) is placed a considerable distance from the cooling body, making treatment difficult. The present invention was invented as a result of various experiments in order to solve this problem, and as shown in Fig. 8, an air layer (22) fixed between a first sheet (20) and a second sheet (21) is used. If dew condensation occurs on the sheet (20), it will not condense on the sheet (21).Next, when this double sheet is crimped, the two layers of air disappear as shown in Figure 9, and the sheet (21) The surface is cooled.

In the present invention, the head is cooled through a sheet stretched in front of the cooling surface of the cooling body, so it is efficiently cooled by conduction, and when not in use, the cooling surface is cooled by an air layer fixed by multiple sheets. Since it is insulated, energy for cooling is saved and dew drops do not form on the top sheet, which is an extremely great invention.

In addition, the cooling body may be an ice block or a cold storage agent in addition to the one cooled by electric power as in the above example, and the sheet may be double or more, and the sheet may be a metal plate supported on a frame by a spring. They may be separated from each other, and various modifications such as providing a heat reflective layer are all included in the present invention.
